The Gin and Juice
1.5 oz gin
1 oz a.k.a mixology strawberry yuzu mixer
1 dash orange bitters
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ingredients. Stir until well chilled. Strain into chilled coupe and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
The Strawberry Rum Fizz
2 oz white rum
1.5 oz a.k.a mixology strawberry yuzu mixer
1 egg white
In a shaker filled with ice, add ingredients and shake until egg white becomes frothy. Strain into chilled glass.
Top with 1-2oz sparkling water.
The Tequila Fresa
*Best served with 1.5 oz tequila anejo*
1.0 oz a.k.a mixology strawberry yuzu mixer
1 dropper full a.k.a mixology lime acid or juice of 1/2 lime.
In cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir until well-chilled. Strain into coupe and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Strawberry-yuzu Vodka
*Best served with 1.5 oz vodka*

2 dashes orange bitters
In collins glass filled with ice, add ingredients. Stir until well-chilled. Garnish with fresh mint.
