Hibiscus Rose Syrup

All natural, handcrafted in small batches using whole dried hibiscus flowers.  Sweet, with of dried raspberry/cranberry flavor and a hint of rose essence makes this syrup excellent for use in cocktails or drizzle over desserts. No HFCs. Keep refrigerated. 

375mL or 750mL screw cap bottles, syrup only.

12 oz (405g) jar with syrup and 12 edible hibiscus flowers.

Keep refrigerated to extend the shelf life.

The Apple Pie

1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz #aka_mixology_grenadine
1 dropper full #aka_mixology_citric_acid or 1/4 oz lemon juice
Garnish: Lemon zest

*Best served with 1 oz white rum and 1/2 oz Applejack apple brandy

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

In a chilled coupe glass, squeeze zest to express lemon oil and rim glass. Strain mixture from shaker into coupe. Garnish with zest.


1835 Old Fashioned

2 oz 1835 Texas Bourbon
1/4 oz #aka_mixology_grenadine
dash Angostura bitters

Garnish: Luxardo Maraschino cherry and clarified ice cube

Trinidad Rum Punch

1.5 oz dark rum
1 oz lemon juice
club soda (optional)
1/4 oz #aka_mixology_grenadine
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Pour the ingredients into a chilled Collins glass over ice. Top it off with grenadine and bitters and stir. Garnish the drink with a lemon twist and grated nutmeg.
